Within the forest, especially for the Nordic Walking lovers, seven routes of varying length and difficulty have been designed. Their total length is about 100 km.

The routes, of different length and level of difficulty, are marked with clear information boards in accordance with general European recreational standards of Nordic Walking. They show detailed maps, general information about the techniques of Nordic Walking, the choice of equipment and health benefits.

Routes have points in common, in some places they overlap and inter-cross, constituting loops of different lengths. Most routes go along gravel forest roads, next to nature reserves and through forest settlements. In the winter, the Nordic Walking Trails may be used by cross country skiers.

The starting point for three routes is situated near the Water Park in Hajnówka:

Route 1: A WALK THROUGH THE FOREST (green) length: 3 km, time of walk: about 30 min.

Route 2: IN THE SURROUNDINGS OF KRYNOCZKA (green) length: 9 km, time of walk: about 90 min.

Route 3: AROUND SACHAREWO (red) length: 11 km, time of walk: about 2 hours The starting point of the other routes is the car park near the 689 road from Hajnówka to Białowieża:

Route 4: THE LANDSCAPES OF CZERLONKA (red) length: 9 km, time of walk: about 90 min.

Route 5: ALONG THE FOREST ROADS OF THE BIAŁOWIEŻA FOREST (black) length: 15 km, time of walk: about 3 hours

Route 6: THE BISON LOOP (black) length: 15 km, time of walk: about 3 hours

Route 7: TO STARA BIAŁOWIEŻA (black) length: 21 km, time of walk: about 4 hours
